eVolve Solution Suite

• eVolve (WTP) Web to Print application and Storefront

  This application will enable you to personalize, customize, and create documents through a browser based interface. All your current images, logos, graphics, content, and data can be utilized and surrounded by business rules to control the users’ ability and maintain your current brand, designs, styles, and enforce compliance. This product can be deployed for any type of literature including mailers, seminar invites, presentation books, one to one programs, and loyalty and rewards programs. You can de-centralize literature creation to the sales staff, wholesalers, and even clients or third party sales teams and distributors.

• eVolve (DL) Web Based Digital Library

  This application allows for the storage and archiving of any file type. This product is loaded with document management features related to effective and obsolescence dates, document partnerships and dependencies, and version controls. This product can be deployed as a hosting engine for the literature center of your website in support of public and private users. The administrative area gives you complete control and allows for uploading of files and tagging preferences. User rights can be set up to control what individuals or groups can see and do. Search tools make it easy to locate documents. eVolve (DL) has been designed to be your central repository. Load the file once and all websites, fulfillment systems, and outside users are directed to that specific document. This centralized strategy makes it very easy to guarantee that correct documents are used for all print, mail, fulfillment, and e-delivery distributions and disseminations.

• eVolve (Fulfill) Fulfillment Order Capture and Management Application

  This application offers a best in class order placement system. We support order placement through your website, CRM, mobile phone, and iPad as a solution for internal and external users within your organization. We customize these to your brand identity and specific requirements through further customization. The Management Application will put the power of inventory and order management at your finger tips in real time. Advanced item setup structures support digital print and complicated standard and on the fly kit scenarios. This gives you standard and custom reporting without making a phone call. The ability exists to manage down to the producer, group, branch, and territory level. Further customization is available based on your unique needs and requirements.

QR 101

• QR What?

  Quick Response codes are similar to barcodes used by your favorite grocery store to track inventory and prices. The biggest difference is the format and the amount of data that can be held by the code. Bar codes are one-dimensional codes, carrying a maximum of 20 characters of data. QR codes are two-dimensional codes, carrying anywhere from about 1,800 to 7,000 characters, depending on the data being encoded.

• Who Owns QR Codes?

  The use of QR codes is free of any licensing agreement, although Denso Wave - a subsidiary of Toyota - developed the technology and owns the patent. The QR code is published as an ISO standard

• What Are QR Codes Good For?

  When you scan or read a QR code with your smart phone, you can link to content on the web, activate several phone functions (email, IM, SMS, Calendar), or provide contact information in VCARD format.

• What this means to you:
